By accepting our terms, you agree that we use your personal data in this way. We will not share your personal data with partners or third parties for commercial purposes. In short, we never store more personal data than is necessary to execute an agreement, for you to receive offers, or to be invoiced. All data is stored securely and never longer than necessary. You always own “the right to be forgotten” by contacting us and asking us to remove you from our systems.

What data we process
We only handle the information that is needed and only by those who need it, in order to provide the best service to our customers.

How information is collected
You provide information yourself when contacting Djurönäset. During inquiries and bookings of rooms or tables on the Internet, telephone contact, via web forms, email, etc.
For group bookings where you provide us with personal data about persons other than yourself, you are responsible for ensuring that Djurönäset may process the personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

Why we process
Djurönäset collects this personal data about you as a customer and prospective customer in order to provide offers, fulfill commitments to you according to agreements. It is needed so that we can identify you, for statistical purposes and for direct marketing (which you can unsubscribe from). The personal data collected during ordering is needed to handle an order or agreement and possibly for billing. We also process the data to send evaluations and conduct follow-ups that you consent to.

Who do we share personal data with?
Djurönäset will not sell or share your personal data with third parties unless we have permission to do so or if legal requirements demand this.
In certain cases, we may use a data processor hired by us for marketing or to handle agreements and orders.
This applies, for example, to:

BookVisit – online bookings
Loopon – guest surveys
Bizwizard – newsletter emails
In these cases, we have entered into an agreement with the data processor that ensures security measures are in place to protect your data.

How long we store
Djurönäset stores personal data about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship or it is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy, unless other Swedish or European law, court, or authority states otherwise. Your data may be stored based on balancing of interests. How long your personal data is stored with us varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data processed for billing is stored as long as required as a basis for accounting.

What rights do you have
As a customer of Djurönäset, you have several rights that you should be aware of. From May 25, 2018, you have the right to have all data that can be used to identify you personally removed. This refers to such data that can be used to identify you as a person. De-identified, non-personal information about bookings, sales, and activities is not included; these may be stored for statistical purposes and in certain cases for accounting rules and reporting obligations.

You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect or incomplete. You have the right to be forgotten, but deletion of personal data cannot occur if it is required to fulfill the agreement or if other Swedish or European law, court, or authority decision states otherwise.
